Questions

The honest answers.

12 things people ask before they move a store, answered the way we would answer them in a support message. No footnotes and no asterisks.

No, and that is deliberate. You bring your own products and your own proxies. It keeps our costs sensible, which is why the price is what it is, and it keeps your rate-limit exposure yours rather than shared with every other store here. Proxies are required — an order will refuse to dispatch without one rather than go out on our address.

Because it has no gateway connection, and it does not need one. Commands are delivered to us over HTTPS and answered the same way, which is what makes a hosted bot cost a database row instead of a process. Every command works exactly as it would with a green dot beside it.

Nothing is deleted. Panels and dispatch stop, and everything — stock, proxies, resellers, balances, orders and history — stays exactly where it is. Paying again turns it back on; it is a switch, never a restore. You can also export your whole store as CSV and JSON at any time.

They are encrypted per row under a key derived per store, so one store's data does not unlock another's. We hold the master key — that is the honest answer, and it is in the terms rather than buried. What we do about it is make every read of your stock write an audit line, so the question anyone actually asks after a leak (who looked, and when) has an answer.

Crypto, monthly, prepaid. There is no card on file, no trial and nothing that renews behind your back. Paying early adds to the time you already have, and credit on your balance is spent on the renewal before the period ends.

Because people change Discord accounts constantly, and a store tied to one would be orphaned the day that happened. Email and password loses to throwaway addresses. Google is one button, resists temp mail, and survives you switching everything else.

On Apex, two of them, and you choose which pages each one serves — everything on one domain except redeem, say, or a second domain carrying just the reseller portal. Point a CNAME at us and the certificate is issued and renewed automatically. On Core your panels are still live on a store code that does not carry your name; a domain is a cosmetic upgrade, never a prerequisite.

Whatever you already have. The parser matches the shape of a token rather than counting columns, so token, email:pass:token, email:dcpass:mailpass:token and the |-delimited variants all work — and the original line is kept, not thrown away, so exports come back in the format you uploaded.

No. A flagged token is parked rather than handed back to the pool, so the next order does not pick the same account up first, and you can plug in a captcha solver or a handoff provider and have those tokens recovered automatically. A token that a provider has seen never returns to general stock.

Yes. You authorise Discord accounts to run your bot's commands from the dashboard — three on Core, unlimited on Apex. A downgrade never revokes access that already exists mid-order.

No. Every order costs somebody real proxies and real accounts, and a free tier on a product like that attracts exactly the people who never convert. The first month is the trial, and it is under twelve dollars.

Yes, from the dashboard. It schedules a deletion seven days out and signing in cancels it, so a decision made at three in the morning is reversible. Export first — the export is one click and gives you your orders as CSV and the whole store as JSON.
